- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced shallots
- 1/2 cup diced fresh coriander
- 1 lime, cut into pieces

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, add sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried sage, smoked peppers, black pepper, and ancho chili powder
- Stir until everything is smooth
- Short ribs with a paper towel

- Heat a large skillet to medium heat
