    • 1 tablespoon of diced jalapeno
    • salt to taste
    • For tacos:
    • 12 tortillas (corn or flour)
    • 2 avocados, sliced

    Instructions:


    • For Steak: to a small bowl add pineapple juice, garlic cloves, tamari, and smoked peppers. 
    • Shake to combine ingredients. 
    • Add the tender skirt steak to the large ziplock. Pour the seasoning on the steak. Cover ziplock, stir and chill overnight.
    • For Radish Pineapple Salsa: Add a pineapple, clove garlic, turnips, red onion, coriander leaves, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt.

    • Heat the grill on medium to high heat, spray the grill with cooking spray or rub it down with a soaked olive cloth.
    • Place the seasoned skirt steak on the grill. 
    • Bake each side for 3-4 minutes. Until there is a little charcoal on the steak.
    • Remove from the grill and let the steak sit for 3-5 minutes to let the juice be redistributed. 
    • Place tacos: for each tortilla add avocado slices, beef slices and one spoonful of pineapple salsa.
