- 4 cups of fresh green beans, the ends trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 ″ stems
- 1 pint of baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- pepper salt
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- In a bowl stir the green beans, mushrooms, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper until everything is coated.
- Place the green bean mushroom mixture on a baking sheet in one layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, place on a serving plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
