Ingredients:
- 2 pounds. fajita skirt steak
- 1 Sourdough bread, sliced
- 8 pieces of fontina cheese
- Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup of fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup of fresh coriander
- 1/4 cup of fresh oregano
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 lime juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Steak and Fontina Cheese Panini. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- Prepare sliced and sliced steak.
- Prepare Chimichurri Sauce. In the blender add fresh parsley, fresh coriander leaves, fresh oregano, cloves of garlic, red pepper flakes, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Blend until perfectly mixed.
- To assemble a panini, coat 1/2 cup of sliced fajita steak, 2 slices of fontina cheese, and 1 1/2 tablespoon of chimichurri sauce on a piece of bread. Sprinkle again with a piece of sourdough bread.
- Repeat this process for 3 other sandwiches.
- Place in a panini, press, and bake for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Steak and Fontina Cheese Panini are ready to be served!
