Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, 1 ″ cube
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- one lemon juice
- 2 red peppers, 1 ″ cube
- 1 yellow paprika, 1 ″ cube
- 1 shallot, 1 ″ cube
- 1 large zucchini pumpkin, 1/2 ″ sliced
- Paleo Avocado Tzatziki Sauce
- 5 Flatbread Whole Wheat

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- Add 1 pound of diced boneless chicken breast to a bowl along with lemon juice, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken.
- In alternative wooden satay chicken with vegetables.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, make Paleo Avocado Tzatziki - recipe here.
- Add Chicken and Vegetable Satay to the grill. Bake each side for 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill.
- Next, add 5 whole wheat bread to the grill. Bake each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill.
- To assemble, place flatbread on a plate, add 1 chicken & vegetable skewer and add Paleo Avocado Tzatziki on top.
