    Instructions:


    • Add ready-made shrimp to a large bowl. Season with oregano, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. 
    • Throw to coat.
    • Heat a large skillet to medium heat.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil and half a shrimp. 
    • Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining shrimp.

    • Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until slightly scorched and begins to blister (pop), about 4-5 minutes. 
    • Keep on stirring. Then chop the garlic into a pan, cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, only until the garlic starts to become fragrant but not burnt.
    • Add white wine immediately and stir everything. 
    • Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
    • For a large bowl add zucchini noodles, topped with a mixture of blistered tomatoes, crushed goat cheese, baking pans, and fresh basil. 
    • Throw everything gently and serve.
