- 2 8-10 oz Ribeye
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt & pepper according to season
- 3 tablespoons of butter (soft)
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- Fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Pan-Seared Ribeye with Herb Butter. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- To a small bowl add butter, rosemary, salt, thyme, and lemon juice. Using a spoon, mix the ingredients together.
- Place the butter mixture in a plastic wrapper and roll the butter into a log. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, until the butter hardens.
- Preheat the grill to 500 degrees.
- Place a 10 in cast iron skillet in the oven. Heat for 5 minutes.
- During the season both sides are ribeye with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the cast-iron skillet from the oven and place it on the stove which is set to high heat. Add the steak to the pan and roast for 45 seconds. Turn the steak over with a brace to bake on the other side for 45 seconds.
- Immediately put the pan in the oven and cook (500 degrees) for 2 minutes. Turn the steak over and cook for 2 minutes on the other side. Remove the pan from the oven.
- Cover the pan with tin foil and let the steak boil for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle herbal butter and lemon slices.
