    Ingredients: 


    • 3 sweet potatoes, cut into pieces ¼ ”
    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    • pepper salt
    • ½ cup mayo
    • 1 large chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
    • ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped

    After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries. Please follow the steps below:

    Instructions:


    • Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
    • Cut the sweet potato and place it in a bowl with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt & pepper. 
    • Stir to coat all sweet potatoes.
    • Cover the two baking sheets with baking paper and apply the fried potatoes in one layer.
    • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
    • Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, turn over
    • Bake again 15-17 minutes on the other side.
    • Lift and allow to cool.
    • In a small bowl, mix mayo, chipotle pepper, garlic powder, lime juice, and scallions.
