Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and orange peels.
- In a small bowl, mix orange juice, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and eggs.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture until it joins.
- Add cranberries and mix slowly to combine.
- Spray the bundt baking pan with pam.
- Add the mixture to the pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the net.
- Remove from the oven
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Turn the baking pan upside down and slowly remove the cake from the baking pan and place it on a cooling rack with a plate underneath.
- In a small bowl, milk, mix powdered sugar, and orange juice.
- Beat until the powdered sugar is combined and no more lumps.
- Slowly pour the glaze over the bundt cake and let the glaze harden
