    • 3 Shelves Full of Rib Ribs of Pork
    • 1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
    • Spice Rub Blend:
    • 1 T. garlic powder
    • 1 T. paprika
    • 1 tsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. ground pepper
    • 1 large sweet onion, peeled & chopped
    • 6 cloves of garlic, peeled and left intact

    After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making BBQ Baby Back Ribs. Please follow the steps below:

    Instructions:


    • Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
    • Remove the silver membrane or skin from the underside of the rib cage.
    • Turn over the rib rack so you see the bottom side.
    • Go to one end of the rib rack, use a sliding knife under the silver skin and pull.
    • It must be peeled in one stroke.
    • After you remove this section from 3 full shelves, set it aside and prepare the seasoning.
    • In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper.
    • Next, rub the spice mixture on the top side of each rack and place the rack on two 13x9 trays or on a baking sheet.
    • Next, apply evenly the place of the onion and the garlic clove between the two cake plates, place the onion and the clove of garlic above or below the rib rack.
    • Finally, add ½ water to the bottom of each pan to the plate.
    • Cover each dish with aluminum foil.
    • Place it in the oven and bake for 3 hours.

    • Place the rib rack on a medium-hot grill with the bottom side facing down.
    • Bake each side for 5-7 minutes.
    • Rub each side of the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.
    • Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
