- 10 oz. goat cheese, crushed
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 5 strips of bacon, diced and cooked until crispy

- 3/4 cup of pasta water ordered

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Butternut Squash Creamy Goat Cheese Pasta. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Spread butternut squash and onion on a baking sheet. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper. Stir to coat and spread on a baking sheet so that it is in one layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
- Meanwhile, heat the pan to medium to high heat. Add diced bacon and cook until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a dish lined with tissue to absorb some of the oil.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook
- After the paste is finished, set aside 3/4 cup of boiled water and set aside. Drain the remaining water.
- Add butternut squash, onions, pecans, bacon, goat cheese, cooking water, and sage to a pasta pan. Stir to coat everything, season with salt & pepper to taste.
