Instructions:
- Baked Mignon Filet Tacos:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove the filet mignon from the refrigerator ten minutes before baking. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place sliced shallots and lime on the grill. Bake the lime for about 4-5 minutes, the meat facing down. Bake the onions for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let stand.
