    • a piece of ciabatta bread that has been halved lengthwise

    After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Balsamic Italian sausage crostini. Please follow the steps below:

    Instructions:


    • Preheat the oven to 400.
    • To make Balsamic Shallot Relish: In a small bowl, add onion and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Throw to coat and let stand for 5 minutes
    • Place the onion on a baking sheet or pan
    • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cut roughly
    • Add the chopped onion to a small bowl with the remaining tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and fresh thyme
    • Stir to mix evenly
    • To make whipped goat cheese: add goat cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder to the food processor. Blend until smooth and combined
    • To make Italian sausage: Preheat the pan to medium heat
    • Add Italian sausage
    • Cook sausage for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned on all sides
    • Lift and let stand
    • To make bread: Preheat the oven with high broiler. Drizzle olive oil on the inside of the bread. Place it on a baking sheet and place it under the broiler for 4 minutes.
    • Remove the bread from the oven.
    • Slice Italian sausage into 1/4 ″ coin
    • Assemble the Crostinis: Apply a mixture of goat cheese evenly on each bread, overcome with balsamic onion, and Italian sausage. Garnish with fresher leeks and thyme.
    • Slice and serve!
    • Optional: drizzle with homemade balsamic reduction for luxurious results
