The Healthy Beef Bourguignon Recipe

    Instructions:


    • Dry roasted pat chuck. Season with salt and pepper
    • Heat a large skillet to medium heat and add olive oil to the pan
    • Then add the roast chuck and burn each side for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned

    • Add bacon to the pan
