Before starting to cook, let's start by providing the ingredients needed first. What does it take to make Instant Pot Chili?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
- 2 pounds of top sirloin, diced 1/2 "
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow paprika, diced

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Instant Pot Chili. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- Change your Instant Pot to the Sauté setting and let it heat up.
- Add Avocado Oil to Instant Pot.
- Next, add the cube steak. Saute until slightly browned, about 2 minutes. (You might need to do these two rounds) Remove the steak from the instant pan and place it in a bowl.
- Next, add the onion and garlic. Saute until transparent, about 2 minutes.
- Then add the red paprika, yellow paprika, carrots, chipotle paprika, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, cinnamon, coriander, and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes while stirring to mix everything.
- Next add the steak back to the pan along with the roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Use a spoon stir everything.
- Place the cover on the Instant Pot. Close the lid.
- Cancel Saute settings. Switch the Instant Pot to the Soup / Broth setting and set the timer for 20 minutes.
- When finished, use the Quick Pressure Release method. Remove the lid after the pressure is completely released.
- Cancel Soup settings. Switch the Instant Pot to the Saute setting.
- Add fresh black beans and coriander. Let the soup stir for 5 minutes.
- Instant Pot Chili is ready to be served!
