Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon of allspice powder

- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

- 1 cup of long dried wheat rice

- 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon of diced jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped coriander
- 1 lime juice
- salt to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions:
- In a small bowl: add brown sugar, allspice, thyme, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, minced jalapeno, cloves of garlic, onion, lime juice, and olive oil. Stir to mix everything together.
- Add JustBARE Chicken Breast to large Ziploc. Pour the mixture of jerk spices onto Ziploc. Close the bag and massage the jerk season into the chicken. Let the chicken rest and season for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium to high, around 350-400 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan add rice, coconut milk, and water. Move. Bring to a boil. After boiling, cover and reduce to low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Spread the rice with a fork and add black. Let rest.
