- pickled onions
- diced pineapple
- jalapenos slices

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Pork carnitas tacos with avocado crema. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- To a small plate add black pepper, ground cumin, sea salt, smoked paprika, oregano
- Rub the pork waist with the rub rub
- Place the pork waist at the bottom of the crockpot
- Add the chopped onions, garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, lime juice, lemon juice, and a bottle of beer
- Cook HIGH for 6-8 hours
- Remove the pork from the crockpot, still, leave the juice in the pan and cook on high
- Using two forks, cut the pork and spread it on a baking sheet
- Turn the broiler on high, place the pan under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, or until the pork is browned
- Then add the pork back to the juice in a crockpot
- Turn off and set aside
- For food processing, add: avocado, garlic cloves, lime juice, fresh coriander leaves, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper
- Mix until smooth
- Assemble Tacos: to tortillas, add pork, diced pineapple, queso fresco, and avocado crema
