Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray the pan with cooking spray
- Gently cut the stems and leaves of the cauliflower head off
- Take care to keep the cauliflower prudent
- Cut the cauliflower in half, and then in half again so that you have four even fruits
- If you want to shave the ends of the round pieces so that they are flat, do it
- Place the cauliflower steak on a baking sheet

- Blend until the coriander is finely chopped and the mixture looks like sauce/paste, about 1 minute
- Serve the cauliflower steak with chimichurri sauce
