Before starting to cook, let's start by providing the ingredients needed first. What does it take to make cheesy sheet pan steak nachos?
Ingredients:
- 30-40 tortilla chips
- 8 oz. grated Mexican cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil
- 1 pound of side steak
- salt & pepper according to season
- 1/2 cup low-sodium black beans, dried and rinsed
- 1/2 cup without salt, no sugar, sweet corn (I use canned corn)
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 rome tomato, diced
- Cilantro Limestone Crema:
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of fresh coriander
- 1 lime juice

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making cheesy sheet pan steak nachos. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- To make Cilantro Lime Crema, add the following to the Greek snack processor yogurt, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, and lime juice
- Blend until the coriander is finely chopped and smooth
- Add seasoning on both sides of the flank steak with pepper and salt
- Heat a large skillet to medium heat
- Add grapeseed oil to the pan and add seasoned wing steak to the pan
- Burn each side for 4-5 minutes
- Remove from the pan and place it on the cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes
- Slice the steak into small cubes
- Next, coat the baking sheet with tinfoil. Spray tin with cooking spray
- Spread the tortilla chips on a prepared baking sheet
- Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of cheese into tortillas
- Then add black beans, corn, onion and side grill steak
- Add the remaining cheese to the top
- Place the baking sheet in the oven
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
- Until the cheese melts and tortilla chips are slightly browned
- Remove the nachos from the oven and top them with jalapeno slices, Rome tomatoes, avocados, and drizzle with coriander leaves
