    After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Crispy baked garlic parmesan chicken wings. Please follow the steps below:

    Instructions:


    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
    • Add chicken to a large bowl
    • Drizzle with canola oil, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • Gently stir to coat all the chicken
    • Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with wire racks
    • Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken over after 20 minutes.
    • Turn Broiler to high
    • Place the chicken under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, until it is browned
    • Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan
    • Melt the butter
    • After melting the butter, add the garlic to the pan. Let it cook in the liquid for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
    • Then add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, smoked paprika and pepper to taste. Toss to join. Let the sauce cook for 2 more minutes
    • Remove chicken from the oven
    • Place in a large bowl
    • Pour over the chicken wings
    • Using tongs, stir the wings to coat everything with the sauce
    • Cover the wings with an additional 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
    • Add chopped leeks for garnish (if needed)
