Ingredients:
- Shawarma Chicken:
- 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of coriander

- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

- Garlic yogurt sauce:
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

- Bowl:
- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 zucchini, long slices

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Chicken Shawarma Bowl. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- For Chicken Shawarma: add to the small bowl add cumin, coriander, garlic powder, cinnamon, smoked peppers, cardamom, black pepper, sea salt, lemon juice, and olive oil
- Use a spoon to mix all the spices
- Add chicken breast to a large ziplock bag, pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken
- Close the ziplock bag, mix the spice mixture in the bag using your hand and chicken refrigerator overnight
- For Garlic Yogurt Sauce: to a small bowl add plain Greek yogurt, garlic cloves, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Using a spoon, stir everything until smooth
- Heat the grill on medium to high heat, around 375-400 degrees F
- Spray the grill with cooking spray or rub it down with a soaked olive cloth
- Place the marinade chicken on the grill along with the zucchini slices
- Bake the zucchini for 2-3 minutes per side
- Bake the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until they are no longer pink
- Leave the chicken for 5 minutes to let the juice be distributed again then sliced
- Prepare a bowl: add 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup of sliced romaine, 1 piece of zucchini, 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of diced cucumber, 3-4 ounces. from chicken slices and topped with a little garlic yogurt sauce
