Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
- In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, parmesan cheese, eggs, oregano, shallots, cloves of garlic, fresh spinach, basil, parsley, salt, fennel seeds, and black pepper
- Mix all ingredients using hands
- Shape into twelve 2 ″ balls
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet to moderate heat
- Add olive oil to the pan, then add the meatballs to the pan

- Coat the meatballs with 1 large jar of marinara sauce
- Put it in the oven
- Bake for 20 minutes
