Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat mustard
- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 grandmother apples, thinly peeled and sliced

- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat mustard
- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard

- 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 grandmother apples, thinly peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of allspice powder
- a little salt
- 3 tablespoons of bourbon

After preparing all the necessary ingredients as above. Let's start making Mustard crusted pork chops. Please follow the steps below:
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar mustard, whole wheat, ground mustard, salt, and pepper
- Rub the mustard mixture on both sides of the pork
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to let the pork mustard be coated
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Heat a frying pan that is safe for a large oven over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of grape oil and add pork to the pan
- Bake both sides of the pork for 2 minutes until the pork is brown
- After you burn each side, put the pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let stand
- For apples, heat a medium-size skillet to medium heat, add butter and apples to the skillet
- Saute the apples for 5-7 minutes, until they begin to soften
- Add cinnamon powder, allspice powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir and saute briefly
- Add bourbon, cook bourbon for 1-2 minutes until the liquid disappears and seep into the apple
- Serve pork with bourbon-coated apples on top
