    Instructions:

    • Preheat the oven to 350.

    • Add cinnamon powder, allspice powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir and saute briefly
    • Add bourbon, cook bourbon for 1-2 minutes until the liquid disappears and seep into the apple
    • Serve pork with bourbon-coated apples on top
