I am a vegetarian who likes a variety of foods made from natural ingredients. I really don't like food made from animals. Ingredients:
- 4 sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 "turns

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat around 375-400 degrees F
- For large bowls add sweet potato slices and coat with canola oil
- Throw to coat
- Place the sweet potato slices directly on the grill and bake each side for 4 minutes
- While the sweet potatoes are cooking, place the green onions directly on the grill
- Bake each side for 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred
- Remove from the grill and cut roughly
- After the sweet potato has burned and cooked, remove it from the grill and place it in a large bowl
- For the same large bowl add green onions and charred bacon
- Just before serving, add to the small bowl add the chopped cloves of garlic, whole wheat mustard, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Shake to combine them all
- Spread the sauce over the sweet potatoes and stir gently to coat all the potatoes
- Grilled sweet potato salad is ready to be served!
