Veggie Salad with Italian Dressing

Ingredients :
- 1 bowl of mixed vegetables (Romain lettuce, red-green butterhead, red-green oakleaf lettuce, Dolorosa/red lettuce)
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 avocado cut into pieces according to taste
- 1 stalk celery finely sliced
- 1 lemon slice
- To taste croutons (recipe never made before)
- Dressing ingredients
- 200 ml of virgin olive oil

- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
