    Instructions:

    • Preheat a large oven to medium heat
    • Add grape seed oil and onions
    • Saute for 2-3 minutes, until the onions are transparent
    • Add garlic, fresh ginger, carrots, celery and turmeric
    • Saute for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
    • Then add the lentils, stir to mix everything and place the raw chicken breast on the vegetables
    • Pour the chicken stock over it and add fresh thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste
    • Cover and bring to a boil
    • Boil for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink
    • After the chicken is cooked, remove from the pan
    • Broken with a fork and add the chicken back to the pan along with the torn kale
    • Boil the soup for 5 minutes
    • Remove the thyme and rosemary stems from the soup
    • Finish with juice from one lemon
